<br/><br/> Describes a systematic method used by the Swiss Intelligence Service (SAP) to analyse information originating on Internet forums in a foreign language from a different culture to that of Switzerland. Draws on actual examples from an extremist website that was the subject of a prosecution case in Switzerland. Presents and explains the five rules of systematic observation and suggests that using these will improve the quality of analytical work.
