<br/><br/> Argues the "China threat theory" -  the theory on China's emerging global power and the threat it poses to the United States.  It analyses the military and economic aspects of the "China threat" theory from theoretical, methodological, and strategic points of view.  This article further looks into the flaws of the theory and provides counter-examples as well as highlighting external and internal problems facing China which can complicate its rise to great-power status.
