<br/><br/> The Indonesia is the world's third largest democracy and its armed forces establishment must continue to reform itself.  The article discusses military reform in Indonesia is an on going, long term process.  TNI (Tentera Nasional Indonesia) has not yet implemented all of the reforms its critics desire and there are many challenges remaining to be overcome.  The process will continue to evolve in parallel with Indonesia's evolution from autocracy to democracy.
