<br/><br/> The RSN has progressed rapidly to acquire the requisite capabilities to fulfill its mission of seaward defence protection of the sea lines of communication (SLOOCs).  The rigorous planning process in force development and modernisation has served in RSN well.  The RSN  is able to develop new capabilities that meet operational demands.
