<br/><br/> Tokyo and United States have gotten serious about joining forces and multiplying their power. Within Japan a big shift is reshaping its military force.  The air force has restructured the way it operates in Japan establishing more logical connections between USAF units.  Japan also granted the US permission to set up the Patriot PAC -3 ballistic missile defense system on Kadena.
