<br/><br/> This article builds on a workshop on ethics training and development in the military.  This workshop was attended by representatives from the armed forces and military academies of ten countries.  The workshop sought to determine what ethics training and development programs are in existence: their theoretical underpinnings, the effect of cultural and national differences on content.
