The agreement sets up five working groups that will try to sort issues to be presented at the full six party sessions. One group focuses on denuclearisation, another on economic aid to the north euphemistically called economy and energy cooperation. Third on establishing a peace and security mechanism in Northeast Asia and one each on normalising North Korea's relations with the US and Japan.
