<br/><br/> Japan's ground self defence force (GSDF) has established a rapid reaction unit to spearhead the response to domestic threats from terrorists or hostile.  There are three corps commanders in the US army and one of them is going to have a principle focus on the Japanese military-to-military relationship at the army level.
