<br/><br/> The speech of President Pervez Musharraf  of Pakistan at the conclusion meeting with US President George W Bush at the white house on 22 September 2006.  The issue of terrorism and extremism requires both short-term and long-term strategy.  Pakistan's contribution to the fight against terrorism is helping other countries.  The Pakistan president proposed  a two-pronged strategy of enlightened moderation.  One the Muslim world shall reject terrorism and extremism and go for socio-economic development.  On the other  the West shall move to resolve political disputes.
