The North Korean nuclear deal :  faces saved all round

<br/><br/> Despite the 13 Feb 2007 agreement this article doubts whether the Korean peninsula will become a nuclear free zone anytime soon. Side benefits however are identified - these are closer working ties between the USA and China and continued dialogue with North Korea.
