<br/><br/> Outlines a variety of new measures Australia is introducing to overcome armed forces recruitment and retention problems. As well as trying to meet existing shortfalls the ADF is scheduled to increase its strength from 52,000 to 57,000 in the next 10 years. The various initiatives will cost over a billion Australian dollars.
