Taiwanese white paper records Chinese incursions reaching all time high

<br/><br/> Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence (MND) said in a report released 29 August the number of incursions by Chinese military aircraft and naval vessels into Taiwanese air/sea space has surged to an all time high.  Taiwan's defence white paper said that China had deployed 784 mobile Dong Feng short range missiles.
