As international pressure on Iran and N Korea grows the two nations are increasingly likely to turn to one another for support. Cooperation on missiles is already well known, whereas on nuclear matters is only speculation. Given the possibility that this might occur, the paper asks why the US approach seems uncoordinated, with different policies apparently in place for each country.
