3 Commando Brigade transforms to meet demands of new operations /

<br/><br/> In the last three years Britain's 3 Commando Brigade Royal Marines (3 Cdo Bde) has been going through a "wide-ranging transformation which, when complete, will have fundamentally changed its operational utility and the way it goes about its business". The brigade is being equipped with Bowman communications, Viking all terrain vehicles, and Javelin anti-tank weapons. This article describes the changes and how they fit with other Commando developments.
