Saudi terrorist cells await the return of jihadists from Iraq - 2005

Beleaguered by a brutal domestic counterterrorism campaign and drained by the export of jihadists to Iraq, Saudi Arabia's terrorist cells seemed to have lapsed into an operational coma.
