<br/><br/> For nearly twenty years Iran has been developing the capacity to enrich Uranium which it claims it wants as fuel for its nuclear power plants. There is concern in many quarters about the dual-use (i.e. military) nature of such a programme, with the USA particularly strident. This article outlines what Iran has been doing, why it is causing such concern and what should be done. Also calls on the USA to apply the same standards to itself that it expects of other nations.
