This article is about knowledge creation and value, and what an organization can do to adopt and benefit from such knowledge. Uses the example of the British Army and the role of the Army as an entitiy in articulating and amplifying the new knowledge developed by individual officers and soldiers. Concludes by identifying some desired outcomes and recommends some action plans.
