<br/><br/> This article aims to outline trends in solving BRI-related disputes with a special focus on China–Africa Joint Arbitration Centres, the China International Commercial Court, and the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization. China takes actions to provide an entire range of services to solve BRI-related cases and proposes an innovative and holistic approach to cross-border disputes stemming from the BRI.
