<br/><br/> About anti-ship defense (ASMD) such as radio frequency chaff, infrared cartridges, RF corner reflectors and active offboard decoys have major limitations.  They are reactive in operation, it is complex to deliver the decoys have a short duration of effect.  With these limitations it may be time to procure a new generation of decoys.
