<br/><br/> About lessons learnt after a freeze made the town of Texas in blackout in February thru March 2021 which led to death and fatalities due to hypotherma, carbon monoxide poisoning, exacerbation of a chronic disease, falls, fire, and motor vehicle collisions and other unkown deaths categorised as natural causes food supply shortages were also affecting Texas.
