<br/><br/> This article argues that both sides of the divide would prosper from adoption of an education sector framework for assessing what participants demonstrably learn in programs as outcomes. This article offers a suggestion for navigating,  it situates the discussions about lack of analytic rigour in CVE praxis within a broader and long-standing international debate about 'bridging the gap' in national security theory and practice.
