This paper examines the ontological and methodological foundations of 'strategic narratives', 'visuality', and 'infrastructure', to ascertain what seeing strategic narratives on infrastructure means in the study of global politics. This paper explains that images are utilized in the communication of strategic narratives because of their ability to alter the scope, provide additional layers, and offer alternative forms of presenting information.
