<br/><br/> The literature review highlights two important factors that might influence Muslims' belief that terrorist grievances are valid: (1) feeling stigmatised; and (2) social identification.  The current study extends prior research by focusing on how stigmatisation and social identity interact to predict beliefs that terrorists have valid grievances. Specifically, how social identity moderates the influence of feeling stigmatised on Muslims' likelihood of seeing terrorist grievances as valid.
