It describes Canadian assessments on Baghdad's WMD programs and other issues related to the crisis in Iraq that were of importance to policy-makers. The article also discusses their impact on Canadian decision-making, the bureaucratic pressures that analysts faced in drafting these reports, and how the Iraq situation affected Canada's relations with its closest intelligence allies.
