<br/><br/> This article examines contemporary thinking within the Russian military to highlight the possible use of AI-enabled cyber warfare as a strategic, war-winning asset in peer-state conflicts. Using almost entirely Russian sources, it considers just how this 'third revolution' can manifest itself and why its advent will have considerable consequences for the defence mindsets of a number of NATO states.
