<br/><br/> On December 4, 2018, the United States officially declared that Russia's ongoing violation of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty constitutes a material breach of the treaty and that the United States will suspend its obligations under the treaty in 60 days unless Russia returns to full and verifiable compliance. Viable alternatives are also discussed in this article.
