<br/><br/> The method used by armoured brigade to increase the operational experience of their scout PLs would be to make scout platoons across the BCT  a second position.  The combat teams are balancing reconnaissance and security , education and training of personnel to ensure that key leaders in R & S positions have the skills and experience to be successful.
