<br/><br/> Leaders up and down the chain of command can capitalize on the deliberate implementation of a leadership assessment process as an effective way of measuring what their leadership is truly accomplishing in the real world. Even if implementation of the process proves difficult, which it will, doing so at least recognizes that leadership is actually expected to produce something in the real world.
