<br/><br/> This study will outline the creation of the SSF under the new reform and discuss the development of China's strategy and tactics for non-traditional warfare under conditions of informatization.  The focus on developing a military capable of victory under conditions of informatization has spearheaded China's rapid development of cyber, space and electronic warfare as well as the important establishment of the SSF.
