Bad leadership: what it is, how it happens, why it matters / Barbara Kellerman - Boston Mass.: Harvard Business School Press, 2004 - xvi, 282 p. - Leadership for the common good .

Argues that leadership is not automatically good or beneficial, and that bad leadership is not an aberration but is a ubiquitous and insidious part of everyday life.
