China prepares to update military export controls/

<br/><br/> China is to revise its export controls for nuclear, biological, chemical, military and dual-use goods and services. Strategic exports cannot be adequately controlled through existing legislation. Moreover, the legislation introduces the concept of an embargo, which in theory would allow the Chinese government to impose a blanket ban on exports of specific countries.
