<br/><br/> The author argues that there's a need to re-evaluate US judgment on the liability litigation for Agent Orange used as a military strategy against communist forces in South Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. The article states the underfunding of ongoing remediation efforts to assist the victims, and argues that the producers of the herbicides to contribute financially to these efforts.
