<br/><br/> This issue of RSIS CTTA discusses on the new batch of radical jihadist leaders in Southeast Asia, who are mostly strategists and tacticians that create security threats to the region. This article focuses on a key Indonesian jihadi leader of IS' Southeast Asia battalion, Bahrumsyah. The author discusses Bahrumsyah's combat experiences and the security implications when he and his fighters return to the region with the fall of IS in Iraq and Syria.
