On the 4th issue of the CTTA journal, the articles published look at the 'softer' approaches to combat terrorism. This article discusses the counter-terrorism law adopted by China which rely heavily on the participation and engagement of the communities. The author also looks at the challenges in creating effective programmes that incorporate China's diversification.
