<br/><br/> The article points out that the identical bombings in Paris and Brussels are as an act of IS strategy to recruit new fighters to carry out the group's agenda. The author discusses the 3 types of fighters in IS and their personal motivations for joining the group. The author concludes the article by looking at the desperate measures taken by IS due to the shortage supply of fighters, touching on the migration issue and foreign fighters.
