Singapore's Heron 1 UAV approaches FOC/

<br/><br/> A brief report on Singapore's new medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) unmanned aerial vehicle which is almost approaching full operational capability (FOC).  The Heron 1 built by Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) was acquired to replace the ageing Searcher UAVs.  However, it has not been disclosed as to the total number of Heron 1 UAVs was acquired.
