The enforcement aspects of Australia's oceans policy - Canberra ACT: SPCA, 2003 - 26p. - Sea Power Centre Working Paper No 14 .

Argues that Australia has effective legislation covering its extensive marine areas but lacks adequate enforcement capability. Given the absence of other adequate resources it is likely that the Royal Australian Navy will be called on to take a greater role in enforcement. This will require added capacity and reassessment of the RAN mission.
