<br/><br/> This article  highlights the literature surrounding post-accord violence in the transition from war to peace and a theoretical framework regarding the use of violence and suggest locations where such violence could take place.  The article explains why Nepal is an interesting case in the study of post -accord violence and the unfolding of peace process and identify relevant dependent and independent variables, data sources and pertinent statistical tools to test the stipulated hypothesis.
