<br/><br/> Singapore has offered the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) its newly launched Changi Regional Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Co-ordination Centre (RHCC) to organise multi-national military intervention in response to Typhoon Hagupit, which made landfall in the Philippine province of Eastern Samar on 6 December 2014.
