<br/><br/> This article will show through the case study of Pakistan that concordance theory fails on four accounts.    The article will demonstrate the concordance theory draws the civil and military relations upon two rival approaches. This approach suspends all preunderstanding of civil and military relations and prior  conceptual constructs such as partner, and dialogue.
