<br/><br/> According to this article South Korea needs to enhance its defence and deterrence capabilities especially in anti submarine warfare, amphibious, and C4ISR whilst also enhancing its role in regional security. Meanwhile the USA should not cut military budgets and should work to improve relations between itself, Japan and the ROK.
