Cyber war will not take place/ Thomas Rid. - 2012

Using Clausewitz's concept of war this article says cyber war has not happened in the past, is not happening in the present and is very unlikely to occur in the future. Argues instead that cyber attacks are best considered as sophisticated modern versions of three long standing activities: subversion, espionage, and sabotage. Describes examples in support of the argument.
