According to the South Korean police, the North Korea operates at least 10,000 trained hackers. Kim essentially cut his country off from the world economy , plunged his populace into poverty and channeled all his country's resources into building up his military. North Korea has the fourth largest military in the world with more than 1.2 million active troops.
