<br/><br/> The U.S. gave too much attention to external threats to SIPRNet and too little to internal risks. However this article notes that information sharing and information security have fundamentally different requirements, while technical solutions create their own potential weakspots, e.g. physically separated networks make removable storage devices essential to move data between them.
