Looks at the political impact that may occur as a result of North Korea's surprise attack on South Korea's outpost Yeonpyeong. This attack marked the first time civilians have been targeted and killed. This has cause serious concern as outside powers - even China, the closest thing North Korea has to a major ally - have little effect in changing North Korea's schizophrenic behaviour.
