Myanmar junta troops take charge in Kokang

<br/><br/> Briefly accounts the operation happening at the Burma-Chinese border of the Kokang area where Myanmar's security forces took control in late August.  This article also observes the relationship between Myanmar's ruling junta and the insurgent army, Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) and China's role in this relationship.
