Constitution leads North Korean reformation

<br/><br/> A new constitution has been adopted in April 2009, and was only made public in September suggests that North Korea economic reform may happen in the future.  It also indicates that Kim Jong-Il's position in the country's government is further strengthened.  This article provides a brief analysis of this constitution.
