<br/><br/> With the U.S. national security as the basis of discussion this article analyses the role of a cybersecurity czar.  The Obama administration may introduce the appointment of a cybersecurity czar.  With the mounting threat to the U.S. national security, economic stability and commercial viability which clearly warrants such a move, there are significant questions about how effective the role can be and what the scope of the job is, or should be.
