North Korea leaves China with burden to bear.

<br/><br/> Beijing's troublesome neighbour has proven a particular burden over the past two months heightening regional instability .  Cracks have begun to appear in the relationship chairman Mao Zedong.  Beijing's help in enforcing sanctions is vital if they are to be effective.  For the short to medium term China's policy will remain attempting to coax North Korea back to negotiations whether multilateral or bilateral with US.
