Indonesia :    defense increases after years of decline.

<br/><br/> The Indonesian armed forces (TNI) contemplating increasing the national defense budget to $3.6 billion in 2010.  This article highlights on the development  and  related issues of Indonesia armed forces matters.  Need to increase the defense budget including a plan to increase the number of submarines,   the military and government should do to improve the safety of military aviation.  The proposed budget increase however would not enable that proposal to be instituted on a large scale.
